We produce and distribute pre assembled setscrews and pre assembled nuts. Our pre assembled screws and nuts are made from a high grade alloy compound formulated to resist corrosion. In general setscrews are used to fix rotary parts to pole like objects and often are head less compared to other screws. Pre assembled setscrews often contain a socket slot that allows for driving by use of an allen key. Screws conventionally turn in a clockwise direction, however in exceptional conditions where pressure or gravitational forces may cause anti-clockwise loosening of a screw, the screw thread has been cast in the opposite direction. Nuts also come in various shapes and sizes, each type of pre assembled nut forms a mating pair. The nut and it's partner are held together by each others opposing friction.
Washers can be obtained in seperate batches or come pre assembled with nuts, screws and bolts. Pre assembled washers are designed specifically to load balance the forces applied on specified threaded fasteners. The inner perimeter of the disc shaped washer should be of a correct diameter to just allow a bolt or screw to pass through. Other features of washers include insulation, spacial optimisation and stoppage.
